Banners of Kings is a strategic board game about power, trust, and timing. Players take on the role of rival rulers trying to expand their influence across a fractured realm by forming alliances, managing limited resources, and choosing the right moment to strike. Victory doesn’t come from strength alone; every decision matters, and today’s ally can become tomorrow’s enemy.

Banners of Kings is created by an independent designer driven by a love for strategy games, history, and meaningful player choices.

The game is built on the belief that great strategy games aren’t just about winning, but about decisions, alliances, and consequences. Every mechanic, card, and game mode is designed to create tension at the table, moments where trust is tested, and a single move can change everything.

The project follows a hands-on, iterative approach. Prototypes are played, refined, and tested again, with a strong focus on balance, clarity, and replayability. Community feedback plays an important role in shaping the game, influencing rule adjustments, new ideas, and future expansions.
